Leupold® & Stevens, Inc. is een Amerikaans bedrijf dat in 1907 werd opgericht door Markus Friedrich Leupold en zijn zwager Adam Volpel. Het bedrijf begon als producent van landmeetkundige instrumenten in Portland, Oregon. In de jaren 40 breidde het zijn productassortiment uit naar richtkijkers en ontwikkelde een van de eerste waterdichte kijkers. Het bedrijf evolueerde daarna tot een toonaangevende fabrikant van allerlei optische apparaten voor buitenactiviteiten en voor zowel civiele als overheidswapengebruikers.
